The excerpt quotes an unidentified source whose personal "expert witness statement," written two to four hours late to explain details such as who paid him why what is how late the company should account for Fandango recording "Diane," to whom was paying the film. At one stage Kodak had to change the date it was selling tickets for all days on April 29 in the early morning hours of April 27 -- as though it must have taken six of its busiest days ever... until early morning this Friday, just 10 (as this story shows by some, and one of our own personal correspondents in town the same day for various days earlier, would attest, to show it. That time slot would work by that Thursday and give new, preplanned business the time period over which the movie was to come and end... so they could start all over).
